Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to both COD and prepaid orders.

⏱ Cancellation Within 12 Hours (Before Shipping):

If you wish to cancel within 12 hours of placing the order and the order has not been shipped yet:

βœ… Only 5% of the total order value will be deducted (for payment gateway and checkout processing charges).

βœ… The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

🚚 Cancellation After 12 Hours (Before Shipping):

If you request cancellation after 12 hours, but the order has still not been shipped:

πŸ•’ Note: We generally start processing orders approximately 13 hours after they are placed, except on Sundays (our weekly holiday and festive holidays).

In many cases, if the order is placed during working hours, we may process and ship it immediately to ensure faster delivery.

In such cases, the 12-hour cancellation window will not apply, as the order may already be shipped within a few hours.

❌ If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:

β€’ Damaged or broken product received at the time of delivery.

β€’ Incorrect product received (wrong item, color, or style than what was ordered).

β€’ A clear unboxing video (start-to-end, no cuts) is mandatory for any return, exchange, or missing item claim.

β€’ Without an unboxing video, no claims will be processed.

❌ Not Accepted For:

β€’ Change of mind or unsold inventory.

β€’ Product feels heavy, big, or not as per personal comfort.

β€’ Size mismatch (please confirm dimensions before ordering).

β€’ Slight differences in polish, oxidization tone (light/dark), or finish in handmade jewellery.

β€’ Artistic variations in handcrafted/hand-painted jewellery (e.g., Meenakari, enamel work). These are part of natural craftsmanship and not defects.

πŸ’ Oxidized Jewellery Note

β€’ Variations in oxidized polish (lighter/darker finish) are natural and will not be accepted as a reason for return/exchange.

β€’ If the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement of the same product.

β€’ Replacements will be done only once after verifying the unboxing video.

β€’ Refunds or store credits are not issued (except in case replacement is not possible).

β€’ Any issue (damage/incorrect product) must be reported on the same day of delivery with a proper unboxing video.

β€’ Once the issue is approved, the buyer must send the product back to our return address within 7 days.

β€’ Return courier must be arranged by the buyer. We will contribute a flat β‚Ή60 towards the return shipping cost.

β€’ If the buyer does not send the return parcel, we will not be able to accept the request.

β€’ If the product is not received within 7 days of approval, the return request will be cancelled.

β€’ No refunds under normal conditions. Only replacement will be provided.

β€’ If the same product is not available, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we have received the returned product.

β€’ Buyers are responsible for reselling/stock clearance; returns are strictly limited to damages/incorrect items.

β€’ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

β€’ If any customer purchases for personal use, the same B2B conditions will apply.
