Artistic Variations: Slight differences in colors or variations in hand-painted products (such as enamel or meenakari) are part of the craftsmanship and will not be eligible for returns.

Minor Damage: In rare cases, beads or stones may detach during transit. If the issue can be easily fixed with glue, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
