This video is necessary to approve any return, exchange, or missing item claim.

  • Product feels heavy, big, or uncomfortable after wearing.

  • Size doesn’t match your expectation (we suggest checking size details before purchase).

  • Color looks different in real than in the photo (lighting may affect appearance).

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.

  • Minor issues like detachable stones/beads that can be easily fixed with glue.

  • Artistic variations in hand-painted or handcrafted jewelry (such as Meenakari or enamel work).

    • Slight differences in design, color tones, or patterns in handcrafted or hand-painted jewelry are natural and part of the handmade process. These variations are not defects but reflect the unique craftsmanship of each piece.

    • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on artistic differences or color discrepancies between the product and the images shown on our website.

πŸ’ Oxidized Jewelry Clarification

Due to the oxidized finish of certain jewelry, slight variations in the tone (light or dark) may occur. Since oxidized jewelry is handmade, differences in polish or finish are normal and cannot be considered a reason for return or exchange.
❌ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for issues like oxidized jewelry being lighter or darker in color compared to the images, as this is part of the natural handcrafting process.

πŸ” 3. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will replace it with the same product.

  • No refunds or store credits will be given.

  • Replacement will be done only once, after verifying the unboxing video and product condition.

Inform us on the same day of delivery in case of any issue.
Send the unboxing video and a short description of the problem via WhatsApp.

  • Eligible returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product Return Condition: The returned product must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and in the same packaging as it was received. It should be in the exact condition shown in the unboxing video.

  • If the product is not returned in the same condition or is not received within 7 days, your return request will be cancelled, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
