Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Purchase – Dynamic Jewelove
1. Minimum Order Value & Pricing
- The prices listed on the website are applicable only for wholesale purchases.
- The minimum order quantity for each product is pre-defined on the website and will remain unchanged.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will depend on the destination and weight of the parcel.
- For detailed shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
- Shipping charges are applied at the rate of ₹100 per ₹5,000 of invoice value for B2B orders.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment
- After confirming the order, the final bill will be emailed to you.
- If you require a GST invoice, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9772743762 and share your GST details.
- For B2B orders, 20% of the total order value is required as advance payment.
- An additional flat service fee of ₹100 applies on all Partial COD orders.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
- In some cases, if a product fails quality check (QC) or is temporarily unavailable, dispatch may take 2–3 extra working days.
- Tracking details will be sent to the WhatsApp number or email provided by you so that you can track your parcel.
- If you do not receive the tracking details, you can contact us on the given WhatsApp number.
5. Out-of-Stock Products
- If any product is found to be out of stock during processing, you will be informed.
- You can either:
- Choose a replacement product of similar value, or
- Receive a refund for that product.
- Your entire order will not be canceled due to the unavailability of a single product.
6. Booking Amount & Partial Payments

7. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
- If your parcel is returned to us due to:
- Wrong address
- Buyer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Coordination failure with the courier partner
- The buyer will be required to pay:

Return Shipping Charges – as per Shipping Policy

Re-dispatch Shipping Charges – as per Shipping Policy

Service Fee ₹100 – for COD orders
- If the order was under Partial COD, the 20% advance already paid will be forfeited and adjusted towards return costs.
- If these charges are not cleared, the order will be canceled with no refund.
8. Right to Modify
- The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Orders without GST details will not be processed under B2B billing.
10. Important Notes
- If any buyer places an order for personal use, the same terms and conditions will still apply.
- All policies mentioned are strictly applicable only for Indian buyers. International buyers must contact us separately for shipping and payment terms.
