We are committed to delivering your favorite jewelry pieces safely, hygienically, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully for full transparency regarding dispatch, delivery, and tracking processes.


βœ… 1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are packed and processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

  • If there's a holiday or weekly off (like Sunday), your parcel will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturday will be packed and dispatched on Monday.


βœ… 2. Courier Partners

  • We do not use a fixed courier partner.

  • Courier is chosen based on:

    • Customer's location.

    • Best available service in that region.

    • Customer preferences, if any.


βœ… 3. Shipping Charges

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders β‚Ή799 and above within India.

  • For orders below β‚Ή799:

    • Shipping charges β‚Ή100 within India

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we offer Partial COD. Here’s how it works:

  • Orders up to β‚Ή2,000:
    Pay β‚Ή200 in advance, and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.

  • Orders between β‚Ή2,001 – β‚Ή3,000:
    Pay β‚Ή300 in advance, and the balance on delivery.

  • Orders above β‚Ή3,000:
    Pay 10% of the total order value in advance, and the rest at the time of delivery.

Note: A Flat COD shipping fee of β‚Ή150 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Important Note for Cash on Delivery Orders:
If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order with partial payment and later choose not to accept the delivery, the advance amount paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

This advance helps cover the shipping charges incurred for both sending and returning the parcel.


βœ… 4. Packaging & Safety

We take the utmost care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

  • Products are placed in a white protective polybag.

  • Each item is bubble-wrapped individually.

  • Depending on quantity, items are placed in:

    • Plastic boxes, or

    • Cardboard boxes, again wrapped with bubble wrap for added protection.

  • The box is then covered in an outer polybag for waterproof safety.

  • Before packing, we clean each box using soft cotton cloth for hygiene and presentation.

  • Our packaging is designed to be multi-layered, secure, and hygienic.

  • Tracking number is updated daily on our website portal (Shop dashboard).

  • If you provided your email ID during checkout, you'll receive tracking info via email.

  • For customers who didn’t share their email, please contact us to request your tracking link.

  • We do not send tracking via SMS/WhatsApp automatically, but you can request it anytime.


❌ 7. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address.

  • Unavailability.

  • Coordination failure with delivery partner.

  • Refusal to accept the parcel.

  • Return shipping charges, and

  • Re-dispatch shipping charges.

⚠️ If these charges are not paid, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
