Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 3 - 5 working days.
  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided along with the delivery partner's link to check the transit status at your convenience.

Delivery Timelines

  • TN (Tamil Nadu): 2 - 8 working days post dispatch.
  • South India: 4 - 8 working days post dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5 - 7 working days post dispatch.

Please note that Dynamic Jewelove is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the shipment within 5 - 8 working days from the date of order.

Important Note for Claims

  • To claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement, an unboxing video and photos of the order from package opening are required.

Exclusions for COD Orders

Please note that the delivery timelines above are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
