Shipping Terms

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): International shipments are shipped on a DDU basis, meaning that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred during the customs clearance process will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from the cost of the product and shipping.

Base Shipping Rate: Standard international shipping is available for all countries, with a base rate of Rs 1950/-. For destinations like Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE, the rate is Rs 1560/-. Additional charges apply for packages weighing over 0.5 kg.
Order Processing and Dispatch

Processing Time: All international orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you with the reason.

No Urgent Orders: We do not accept urgent international orders. Kindly place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Order Value Over Rs 10,000: For orders with a value above Rs 10,000, please email us after placing your order for an invoice value declaration.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking URL and tracking number so that you can monitor your order's status.
Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time: International orders generally take 5-10 business days from dispatch. However, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures, internal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as the delivery process is subject to the customs and postal systems of the destination country.

- You can pay via all major international credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway at checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

No Return/Exchange for International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Damaged Products: If a product is damaged beyond repair, the return option may be available, but shipping costs will not be borne by us.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Due to the time required for customs documentation, international orders are processed immediately after receiving the order.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Customs Clearance: Depending on the country of import, your shipment may require customs clearance before delivery. Any additional taxes, duties, or import charges levied by your country's customs department will be charged to the customer.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. If you fail to pay these charges, your order may be held at customs or returned to our warehouse.
- In the event that an order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, we will not refund the shipping charges. Additionally, we will deduct the return shipping charges from the refund, if applicable.
